Proposal Manager
Organizes and manages the proposal. Obtains guidance from Capture Manager or company executives. Obtains resources to write and deliver a quality response. Manages subcontractor activity. Manages and submits questions to customer as appropriate. Manages customer Q&A responses. Provides solicitation and amendments to authors. Prepares outlines, compliance matrix, proposal schedule, tracks status, conducts kick-off-meeting, makes/obtains writing assignments and page budgets. Prepares proposal format, and file directories and manages iterative versions of the proposal. Provides access to prior proposal material. Manages the preparation of draft documents for review processes and provides review materials and schedules facilities. Reviews author material. Manages final preparation of proposal for delivery (headers, binders, spines, dividers, covers, footers, headers, page budgets, nondisclosure, boxing, package wrapping/labeling, and transmittal letter).
