President / FounderOriginally from West Texas, Russell completed his Undergraduate and Masters degrees at the University of Texas before coming to Virginia to serve in the Army. He then completed his Doctorate at the College of William and Mary and started work as a proposal professional. He plays the piano and violin avidly.
VP, Sales & MarketingOriginally from a small town in Tennessee, Wayne completed his undergraduate degree at The University of Tennessee in mechanical engineering. Wayne has now lived in Northern Virginia for a number of years. When he is not working, Wayne is an avid sports fan, especially football, and an avid Tennessee Volunteers football and basketball. He also is a soccer enthusiast -- regularly attending the DC United games at RFK. He recently completed a fantasy adventure vacation completing a hike of over 120 miles across England.
VP of Business DevelopmentChristopher A. Middleton, known to us as Cam, grew up in Atlanta and received both his undergraduate and Masters Degrees from The University of Georgia. Cam is an avid family man that enjoys spending time with his family and golden retriever. Cam is a sports enthusiast including; deep sea fishing, hunting, football, baseball and tennis. As a member of the Florida Citrus Sports organization he serves as a college bowl scout for the Capital One and the Champs Sports Bowls during the college football season. He also enjoys competing in national KCBS BBQ competitions around the region.

Mike Summers joined Organizational Communications Inc. (OCI) in the fall of 2010 as VP of Sales, Southeast Region to head up their first office in Orlando, Florida. Prior to joining OCI, he was Senior Proposal Manager with SAIC for more than 3 years and spent 27 years with Lockheed Martin, the last 8 as Manager of Proposal Operations in Orlando. He has served in leadership positions in new business capture for the past 16 years with a specialty in proposal management and business capture processes. Prior to pursuing proposal management as a career, he served in a variety of technical and management positions in the area of large-scale computer center management.
