OCI is now offering an additional two-day version of our Proposal Writing Course. This new version is computer-lab-based and provides a hands-on approach with actual writing assignment deliverables. The student will be given processes, templates and checklists that help create winning responses to federal government solicitations. The course uses eight practical exercises that provide more student participation as an author in developing management, technical, past performance and resume sections. The practical exercises help ensure that the students will take away valuable new skills from the class such as:
1. Understanding Federal Government Solicitations and the role of Evaluators
2. Developing Win Themes with proven customer value
3. Creating detailed outlines and storyboards
4. Writing compliant first drafts
5. Understanding of why proposals lose
Who should take this class?
1. Technical personnel wanting to learn proposal writing skills;
2. Junior writers looking to upgrade their skills; and
3. Senior writers wanting to transition to the proposal industry.
