OCI held its annual Board Meeting on January 27, 2011 in Reston, Virginia. OCI is an employee-owned company. Among the 2010 accomplishments reviewed were the following:
- Had largest amount of sales in the company’s 25-year history
- Opened an office in Orlando, Florida under the leadership of Mike Summers, a veteran proposal group leader with previous experience at Lockheed Martin and SAIC
- Established an intern position focused on new consultant recruiting and qualification
- Installed a new phone system with advanced VOIP features
- Installed an automated survey system that facilitates performing QA checks on consultant assignments
- Installed a secure on-line portal permitting our consultants to access their record and register their availability
