The NETCENTS II program provides enterprise-wide net-centric products at reasonable prices to Department of the Air Force, Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, and other Federal Agency customers, including but not limited to locations inside the contiguous United States (CONUS), outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS) and war zone areas for development, acquisition, integration, test, deployment, and sustainment of Air Force Command, Control, Communications, Computers (C4), Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) (C4ISR) Enterprise and Information Systems in support of Research and Development (R&D) and operational/production activities. The overall NETCENTS II acquisition consists of eight ID/IQ solutions contract categories.

MOVEMENT TRACKING SYSTEM SUPPORT (MTS III)

The Army needs a capability to track the location of vehicles and communicate with vehicle operators for command and control to provide in-transit visibility of movements within an area of operations and the ability to redirect movements based on changes to battlefield requirements.  The MTS will be employed theater-wide during all levels of conflict, from war to operations other than war.  Transportation elements will use it to monitor and control in-transit status of their equipment moving unit and non-unit equipment, supplies, and personnel throughout the theater transportation system.  The MTS also will provide the capability to synchronize resupply actions with the fluid movements of maneuver forces.

Training Systems Contract III (TSC III)

TSC is an indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) contract vehicle focusing on trainer and training systems, primarily for Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) but also open to other U.S. Navy commands, the Defense Modeling and Simulation Office (DMSO), the U.S. Marine Corps, Coast Guard and Army. COMMUNICATION AND TRANSMISSION SYSTEMS PROGRAM (CTS)

CTS will include broad range of communications systems and technologies, with corresponding management and administrative responsibilities. Contractor-provided hardware and services include system integration, systems engineering and analysis, operations, maintenance, equipment and system installation, material procurement, facility and site preparation, outside plant trenching, software support, program management, logistics, technical field assistance, test and evaluation, modeling and simulation, information operations and assurance support, training, depot support at a vendor and regional levels.  The tasks shall be performed in conjunction with new and existing Government systems. The CTS contract will include the entire PEO EIS Communication and Transmission System requirements and there will be an increased emphasis on local area networks, military wideband SATCOM control, and end-to-end solutions. The prime contractor must have TC/SCI and one of the team members must have a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF).
